Sensor Cleaning Clinic

This one-day event is your chance to take advantage of 20%-off our regular price for this professional service.  DPI will dedicate staff to this task only for this day in an effort to service as many cameras as possible in as little time as possible.  Pre-register for this service and drop your camera off on the Friday before or on the morning of this clinic.  Our staff will be cleaning sensors all day on a first-in-first-out basis. 

• Cameras dropped off on Friday will be finished by 12:00 pm on Saturday.
• Any camera in after 12:00 pm on Saturday will be ready for pickup on Monday morning at 9:00 am, but if we get it done earlier and you leave us your cell phone number we'll call you to come pick it up. 

We encourage  you to include your cell phone number on your registration and we'll call you as soon as it's ready.  Our objective in hosting these Sensor Cleaning Clinics is to minimize the time you will be without your camera, so we want you to be able to get it as quickly as possible after we're finished.

When you bring your camera in we'll need the following items:

• Camera body with a fully charged battery.
• Lens
• Memory card (empty is not necessary, but the card must have room for a couple of images to be taken).
• If your camera is not a Canon or Nikon, please bring your owners manual.

We don't need your full camera bag and other accessories and would prefer to have only the minimum as listed above.

• Our professional staff will clean your digital camera sensor and carefully inspect it for dust and debris.
• We will take one picture before cleaning to show the sensor condition.
• We will carefully clean the sensor with professional, high-quality supplies and tools in a controlled environment.
• We will take another picture after cleaning to show the sensor condition.

Please keep in mind that we do limit the number of cameras we can take for this one-day clinic, so don't delay in registering for your cleaning.  You professional photographers know that you need to get this service performed monthly anyway, so register now and get this done as quickly as possible.

This service is only available for Digital SLR cameras.  If your camera lens is not removable, you'll have to send it to the manufacturer for sensor cleaning.
